1. Returns Criteria :

- To initiate a return please mail us your order ID & concern at care@bexia.ca
- Items must be returned **unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with our original tags attached** and **free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant, and scents**.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not adhere to our return criteria.

2. Exchanges :
- We offer free exchanges within Canada. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at care@bexia.ca.
- For exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the cost of their return label.

3. Shipping Costs :
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers outside of Canada are responsible for arranging and covering shipping costs for both returns and exchanges.

4. Refund Process :
- Upon receipt of your return, please allow 1-5 business days for processing and issuance of your refund.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and applied to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

5. Final Sale Items :
- All items marked down by 30% or more are considered final sale.
- Final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
